PATRICK TAYLOR PHILLIPS

Patrick Taylor is a Bogotá-based progressive metal guitarist, producer, and filmmaker. Patrick played in and composed for USA-based metal bands Crossing The Event Horizon and Mind's I, opening for acts such as Necrophagist, Kayo Dot, Arsis, and Marbin. His solo album is due for release in 2027.

 

Patrick has directed, shot and edited cinematic music videos for artists such as experimental multi-instrumentalist Jon Shuemaker. A current wildlife biology post-graduate student, Patrick has filmed nature documentaries in Africa and South America, and has worked as a freelance studio artist, live painter and graphic designer.
